Open the “New Booking” screen where your current location is automatically determined via GPS. You can also mark your location on the map or search for it using Google Maps or Foursquare.

If you have to cancel your request owing to some unexpected issues, tap on the “Cancel” button. In this situation, you may be charged a “Cancellation Fee” according to our cancellation policy.

There are three types of surcharge that may be applied to our fare calculation: airport, rush hour and heavy traffic surcharge. These surcharges are counted based on real situations and appear in your receipts when you‘re done with your payment.
Yes. All your transaction history is fully stored within the app. Open Menu bar and tap on “Receipts” to view and manage your trip receipts. These receipts can also be sent to your email from the app for further storage.
Before requesting your ride, tap on the “Promo Code” button on the Confirmation screen to redeem your Promo code and the discount will be applied to your trip!
We already have the driver rating system integrated to our app which means you can rate your driver and provide detailed feedback on his performance after every ride. This will help us improve our customer services to offer you better rides in the future.
Once your request is accepted, you can contact your driver via phone calls or messages to assure a problem – free ride. If your driver has an unexpected problem and must cancel the ride, your trip will be auto-assigned to another available driver. So, there won’t be the case when you are unpicked up.
You can easily contact your driver as soon as possible after the ride for a retrieval of your items. This is because your trip history is fully stored in the app under the “My Bookings” tab, including the vehicle plate number, phone number and driver ID of your driver.
